This website sets no cookies of its own and loads nothing from another domain — no analytics, no fonts, no tag manager, no embedded video. You can confirm that in your browser’s network tab, which is the point of saying it.
There is one exception, and it is worth naming precisely rather than glossing.
The one script on this site
Our CDN, Cloudflare, obfuscates email addresses in the page so scrapers cannot
harvest them, and serves a small script from this same domain
(/cdn-cgi/scripts/…/email-decode.min.js) that turns them back into
working links in your browser. It runs entirely on your device, makes no network
request, and sets no cookie. Without it the contact addresses here would not be
clickable.
Our Content-Security-Policy allows scripts from this domain and nothing else, so no third-party script can run here even if one were injected.
Cookies Cloudflare may set
Because traffic passes through Cloudflare, it may set its own strictly necessary
security cookie, __cf_bm, to tell people apart from automated traffic.
It carries no advertising identifier, is not used to profile you, and expires after
30 minutes. See

There is no cookie banner here because nothing on this site requires consent: a strictly necessary security cookie does not, and we set nothing else.
The product is different
The Colloquent application, at the address where customers sign in, does use cookies. All of them are strictly necessary and none of them are for advertising:

Controlling cookies
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you being able to sign in, because they are how a signed-in session is remembered at all.
